Emma Davis-Hamilton Speaks on Researching African-American Ancestors


Emma Davis-Hamilton, President of the Atlanta chapter of the African American Historical and Genealogical Society, Director at Large on the board of the Georgia Genealogical Society, and Vice President of the Friends of the National Archives at Atlanta, spoke this afternoon at the Smyrna Public Library.

Ms Davis-Hamilton gave an introductory workshop on genealogy and addressed the challenges of researching African-American family history.  Thank you for presenting today and sharing your expertise!
