Former FOSL President, Charles Stannard, Honored with City Proclamation

At the Tuesday, June 20, 2023, Council meeting during the Mayoral Report, a proclamation was presented in recognition of Charles Stannard's service as former President of the Friends of Smyrna Library Board. Mr. Stannard served as the group’s President from 2013 to 2023 after serving as Treasurer for 3 years starting in 2010.
